ZdcRec output metadata for AOD only if write AOD

Should fix the issue reported here https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-8167 (and maybe here https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASRECTS-8102), allowing to run jobs that produce ESD only (not AOD)
