RDOAnalysis: Fix Tile RDO analysis (!78123) · Merge requests · atlas / athena · GitLab

Tile RDO analysis algorithm has been udpated:

to retrieve Tile cabling service explicitly;
to avoid using not connected Tile raw channels (not valid identifiers);
to avoid using not valid Tile muon receiver channel identifiers.

Tile RDO analysis configuration has been udpated:

to configure correctly Tile muon receiver channels container;
to configure correctly Tile digits container;
to enable Tile RDO analysis.
