Change name collection of prd collections for ITk

This addresses ATLIDTRKCP-682

Changing the name of the TrackMeasurementValidationContainer collections stored to AOD from ITkPixelClusters to ITkPixelMeasurements (same for strips). This allows us to store clusters in the AOD (they had the same name) and, at the same time, avoids several Warning messages during execution. These warnings are related to the fact we were storing in SG two xAOD collections with the same names.

Adapting also IDPVM, IDTPM and ID derivations.
