IDTRKVALID and CTIDE derivations: use proper PrepDataToxAOD for ACTS

This only allows for the IDTRKVALID and CTIDE derivation to run with an ACTS-only workflow. Also, a change of the name of a Cfg function is included in this MR. It requires MR!78199 to go in first.
