Use correct map file for Photon Isolation Run3 pre-recommendations in Photon CP Alg

We recently discovered that the Photon ISO SF pre-recommendations for Run3 have never been fully announced and used. In particular EGamma Twikis were referencing map0.txt file and also CP alg are using them. The difference is that in map0.txt the ISO SF files pointed are the final Rel21.2 ones, while in map1.txt these correctly points to their Rel22 Run3 pre-recommended files. map1.txt was introduced with !56944 (merged)
