ZDC reco-configuration file and ntuple-writing scripts update to reconstruct and write calorimeter info for physics stream

  1. modifications in ntuple writing to add calorimeter-info writing
  2. In ZdcRecConfig.py, added flag-setting functions to reduce redundancies in main when having multiple (ZDC-only, ZDC-and-FCal for physics stream, and online ZDC/ZDC+FCal) configuration files
  3. added new configuration file ZdcFCalConfig.py and ZdcOnlineRecMonitorConfig.py: the former runs ZDC-and-FCal reconstruction for offline processing of physics-stream data; latter runs ZDC online reconstruction for both calibration and physics-stream data @steinber @bcole
