TrigT1NSWSimTools: added TriggerProcessorTool interface class

Changelog:

  • Added interface to the TriggerProcessorTool, as it was the only class without it.
  • Moved header file to src directory, as used in the package only
  • Fixed tool name in the Muon L1 Simulation, to avoid misunderstandings
  • Replaced tabs with spaces in the source file
