Converted all TH1F and TH2F histograms to TH1D and TH2D. The code was validated and tested on AOD.
Update jet monitoring histograms from THNFs to THNDs. Commit is cherry-picked from @chekanov 's changes, with trivial fixes for conflicts with main branch. Addresses ATLJETMET-1930.
