Add slope variables to MMTP container

For MM Trigger packets, 32b 0-padding has been replaced with meaning data. Adding those variables to the xAOD MMTP RDO for expert debugging purpose. In case of previous data reprocessing, simply these variables will be 0.

Tested by reprocessing one data24 RAW test file
