Add sdo and si hit info to ACTS prd
This adds an algorithm that decorated the ITkPixelMeasurements (i.e. the PRD) with SDO and SiHit information. The code is highly inspired by the legacy code @goetz.
This should be useful for CTIDE studies.
The TRKAnalysis is still not working due to missactsing MSOS decorations @tstreble
