ATR-30808: Add online monitoring for GN2X bjet trigger chains to jet monitoring code

This MR adds online monitoring for GN2X bjet trigger chains to the jet monitoring code. For now I have added jet online monitoring to three chains in the Dev pp menu. The monitored histograms are the GN2Xv01 tagger scores and the discriminant score for large-R jets. In addition, monitoring for jet mass was also added which wasn't added to a Monitored::Group.
