SUSYTools: Fix L1 for MET trigger

Michael Donald Hank requested to merge mhank/athena:SUSYTools_METtrig2024 into main

Update SUSYTools to use the correct L1 trigger for the 2024 MET trigger. Also make sure the 2017 trigger with L1XE55 tests the L1XE55 trigger instead of (L1XE50 || L1XE55).
