Draft: Renamed AthenaPoolExampleData source file to match appropriate function

The original source file AthenaPoolExampleData/src/ExampleElectronContainer_v1.cxx includes a constructor for the ExampleElectronAuxContainer_v1.h header. This MR renames the source file to match the constructor.
