tauRecTools: comment out unused variables in GNTau
Current GNtau implementation is loading several variables which are not used later in the inference. These variables were used/can still be used for future development. This MR is commenting out such variables and trying to keep only the used variables to avoid confusion. Similar work will also be done for RNN TauID variables in another MR
