This updates Lucy's nice tool to attempt to match offline and FPGATrackSim clusters and to compare them. It's only is for pixel right now. But after some good feedback from @llewitt, @sabidi, @wollrath and @imaznas and others I think it's useful to put in place for debugging our clusterization.
