Draft: delete obsolete LArQuickHistMerge.cxx

As far as I can tell, the LArQuickHistMerge utility that I wrote some 10 years ago is not used any longer. Delete it.

We use LArQuickHistMerge for our occasional recreation of web displays with suspect lumiblocks removed: https://gitlab.cern.ch/AtlasLArMonitoring/LADIeS/-/blob/master/recreateWebDisplay.py

Otherwise, the standard web display creation jobs were taking a long time. Is there some solution to this with central DQ tools? (i.e. a hist merger which can skip unwanted histograms?)
