Including jet charge variables into FTAG1 derivations

Alvaro Lopez Solis requested to merge alopezso/athena:add_initial_ftaglabels into main
  • Changed JetGhostLabelTools and JetDeltaRLabelTools to use b-hadron and c-hadron initial collections
  • Included new tools into the list of jet modifiers and inputs
  • Included output in FTAG1 derivations, only for pflow jets.
  • Changed JetPartonLabelTool to also output an extended output label, using the pdgId of the associated parton.
