ATR-30086: Move GNTau triggers to the Physics Menu (and add missing tau T&P)

This MR moves all the GNTau-based triggers previously defined in the Dev menu to the Physics menu, and updates the GNTau network to the 2025 production version. A few previously included GNTau triggers were removed:

• Triggers seeded by L1_eTAU20M and L1_eTAU35M_2eTAU30M, whose RNN-based variants will be decommissioned in another MR tomorrow.
• T&P trigger for legs seeded by PROBEeTAU20M, not used.

We also added a set of missing T&P triggers for the new HH->2b2tau triggers among others. The complete list is available in a spreadsheet in ATR-31002. We can emulate all of them for 2024 data/mc23e from the other existing T&P triggers, but it's better to have them in 2025. Because of the high multiplicity of tag legs, we are adding 18 different T&P chains (4 muon+tau, 2 e+tau, 12 MET+tau) for each tau probe leg. A follow-up cleanup will be done after consulting with other trigger signatures, but for the moment, we need them all in preparation for the 2025 data-taking.

To prevent missing T&P chains in the future, all tau and tau+X triggers, previously spread through the Physics menu file, have been grouped together and appropriately labeled in this MR. This will make maintenance much, much easier and a lot safer in the future.
