Updates of L1CALO derivation for 2025

This derivation runs on data DRAW samples at Tier-0. For data 2025 add the HLT MET containers as requested by gFEX experts. The derivation is also run on MC for L1Calo studies. Bring up-to-date for latest derivation truth framework and reading conditions for older MC files when rerunning the simulation
