Added convenience functions to add IDPVM output during reconstruction.

The convenience methods can be used to add IDPVM output during reconstruction by extra preExec and postInclude arguments of a Reco_tf.

Also fixed missing data dependencies for the truth association in IDPVM, removed an unused class, and fixed a config problem when configuring a hole search tool for IDPVM.
