Added convenience functions to add IDPVM output during reconstruction.

The convenience methods can be used to add IDPVM output during reconstruction supplying extra preExec and postInclude arguments in a Reco_tf command.

Also fixed missing data dependencies for the truth association in IDPVM, removed an unused class, and fixed configuration of hole search tool for IDPVM (private instead of public tool).
