TrigGpuTest: do not keep RDO_TRIG.pool.root output

Hello,

To reduce the disk footprint of trigger ART tests (ATR-31041), this MR proposes to selectively keep expert-monitoring.root and rootcomp.root as output ROOT files, instead of *.root which captures RDO_TRIG.pool.root produced by the test, which is heavy (up to 2 GB) and hopefully not essential.
