Remove RPC monitoring post-processing functions

In issues ATLASDQ-1223 and ATLASDQ-1226 problems with the RPC post-processing functions are encountered. As a complete review of the RPC monitoring post-processing is planned as a next step anyway, the RPC post-processing methods are commented out as a temporary solution.
