Adding a replacement for the disabled items in L1BKeePrimary and L1BKeePrescaled

Adding a replacement for the disabled L1_MU8F_2MU5VF -> L1_MU8VF_2MU5VF in L1BKeePrimary. See ATR-31084. Plausible replacements for the rest of the disabled items are already included (but not all disabled items have plausible replacements, so there are still disabled items).

Edit: Also including the following replacements for the disabled items in L1BKeePrescaled:

L1_BPH-2M9-0DR15-MU5VFMU3V -> L1_BPH-2M9-0DR15-C-MU5VFMU3V L1_BPH-2M9-0DR15-2MU3V -> L1_BPH-2M9-0DR15-2MU3VF (in L1BKeePrescaled) and L1_BPH-2M9-2DR15-2MU5VF (in L1BKeePrimary)

No other items seem to have any obvious replacements.
