Update L1ADVAE thresholds
The L1ADVAE trigger thresholds are updated to correspond to (estimated unprescaled) 1 kHz and 11 kHz for Tight and Loose, respectively. The HLT thresholds will also be correspondingly updated, and we will use the whole chain to study total and unique rates in the next reprocessing to understand differences in estimation and reality.
