Add idReuse trigger chain containers to the EDM

This merge request adds 3 new containers to the EDM: HLT_MuonsCB_RoI_idReuse, HLT_MuonsCB_RoI_IOmode and HLT_MuonsCB_RoI_l2mtmode and their corresponding aux containers. This is so that the new idReuse muon trigger chains that were recently added to the Dev menu can be used for trigger performance studies in run 3. If the performance is satisfactory then similar chains may be used for run 4. The JIRA ticket ATR-31050 documents the proposed chains.
