TauCP RNN track classifier for Run4
Follow up from recent discussion at the TauCP workshop (https://indico.cern.ch/event/1524484/contributions/6470870/attachments/3076025/5443397/kaczmarska_taupworkshop2025.pdf), we would like to deploy a new version of the RNN Track classifier specifically for Run4 samples. The model was developed by @gpenn and documented in https://cds.cern.ch/record/2872593/files/ATL-COM-UPGRADE-2023-015.pdf)
