Modify BTagging CI tests to test also the 2D PCFT tagging scheme

The FTAG group is about to release a CDI that will allow to also c-tag jets using a 2D scheme defined as in the attached image. Users will be allowed to directly use the pseudo continuous 1D or 2D scheme, but also fixed cuts when selecting jets in the BTaggingSelectionTool. Instead, the BTaggingEfficiencyTool MUST be set up with a 1D or 2D pseudo-continuous scheme.

In this merge request, we update our testing tool to be able to test all the new possible configurations.
