Clean up EFTrackingXrtAlgorithm

Remove json hidden inside Gaudi property with vector of tuples.

Add two new algorithms for benchmarking/validating passthrough kernels (one to make arbitrary length, random but valid inputs) and one to compare to vectors from storegate and check for differences.
