TrigGlobalEfficiencyCorrection: Update the DB with additional triggers

Update the TrigGlobalEfficiencyCorrection DB with additional triggers. @jmaurer should review this as I was a bit guessing what has to be done. Especially I'm not sure what I should have done with hierarchies.

Note that most of the added triggers do not have full SFs yet.
