new xAOD::CTPResult class to move to Run3 EDM

  • Create new xAOD::CTPResult class to move to Run3 EDM and eventually obsolete ROIB::CTP_RDO class (Run2 EDM). At the moment both classes exist.
  • Interface the CTPSimulation and the ResultBuilder to use new xAOD::CTPResult class, switch between CTPResult and CTP_RDO class done via UseEDMxAOD flag.
  • Add ctp flags to trigger flags to activate switch between using CTP_RDO (Run2 EDM) and CTPResult (Run3 EDM). JIRA: https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-24445
