FPGAIntegration: Patch buffers not being reset and add respective checks and plots
This patches on the sw side an issue where the buffers aren't reset and in case of events with no pixel or strip clusters the buffers contained the information from the previous event as they weren't overwritten.
Symptom of this was the increased number of pixel and strip clusters wrt offline when running on single particle samples
It also:
- adds a couple of extra plots and some checks to monitor possibly unmatched FPGA clusters and cases of multiple FPGA cluster matches to the same offline cluster
- fixes the configuration when
F100IntegrationConfig.pyis run as standalone for cluster validation
