Putting windows in bank directory, chi2 cuts, and more
Third time is the charm I guess... The windows are now loaded in with the banks to avoid many hard coded dicts. There are also detector zone (barrel/endcap) specific windows. And the chi2 cuts are updated to go with the new merge from Ben and Elliot. Versions 33/34 of banks/maps should have the window cut files for all windows. Also I commented stuff out for the maps to not cause FPEs. Did not want to delete since maybe we will need it later, but at least for now invlinfit is never used.
