Pythia8_i fixes for > v.8.314: Revert back to the old default for the recoil strategy of FSR.

From 8.314, "TimeShower:recoilStrategyRF" is set to 0 by default, designating recoil to top as the chosen option. However, for many versions before, the default has been 1, or recoil to colour. Unless the new default is explicitly needed, the old default will continue to be used.

  • A wrong URL pointing to the GIT workflow tutorial on the README was fixed as well.
