Minor CMake cleanup in EF/FPGA

For some reason which, seems to be related to CRLF used in this file, I cannot patch it for our ACTS-Athena CI. Here I propose the replace the CRLF and hope to be able to patch the file so main--ACTS builds again https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATLASSIM-7572
