TRTCond - Updating writing and reading conditions for T0, RT, Status folders

This MR is meant to update the non-working (now working) conditions writing/reading algorithms for the TRT detector.

  • Updated the TRT_PoolGenerator.py file for w/r the conditions of T0 and RT
  • Created the TRT_StatusPoolGenerator.py file for w/r the conditions of Status folder (HT and Permanent will come later)
  • Additionally TRTCalibrationMgrConfig.py and TRTCalib_accu_Skeleton.py have been modified to add the option of running with TRTCondWriteCfg - useful if you want to do iterations eg. on MC
