xAODTruth Fixer Algorithms, main branch (2025.09.09.)

Introduced new dual-use algorithms into xAODTruthCnv. To be able to read DAOD files produced before the latest xAODTruth schema evolution (!76135 (merged)). Making them usable for analysis until eventually new DAODs will be made with the new schema.

This is a simplified version of !82264 (closed), also aiming to handle the issue described in ATLASRECTS-8264.
