TileSimEx: Add Tile digitization with different output formats

Tile digitization script has been added to allow to digitize Tile (TB) hits and optionally reconstruct Tile channels and cells and produce different output formats: rdo, aant (h1000/h2000) ntuple, hits ntuple, d3pd.

Unit test for Tile digitization script has been added.
