Charged flow links in ftag1
This MR adds CaloCalTopoClusters to FTAG1.
Using these allows us to get all the calo per-layer info, as well as moments etc, for our charged flows.
It does result in a fairly significant increase in file size. For 10 events, we go from 4.4M to 5M. Atached is the output of checkFile for only variables coming from this additional container. We see that the majority of the increase comes from the e_sample, which to my understanding provides the per-layer information.calo-vars.txt
