Fix reading defects from json and bottom / top module selection for cold noise induced defects. (!83280) · Merge requests · atlas / athena

Fixes an exception when reading defects from json files which do not contain entries for every module.
cold noise induced strip defects are by default only generated for bottom r4/5 modules on A and C side. The option to also or only select top modules was only propagated to the modules of the A side.
