MuonR4 - Move python script defaults to central definitions

• Add GeoDB category in testGeoModel (cc. @tsulaia, @nstyles)
• Augment the possible defaultGeoFile choices by R3MsOnly/R4MsOnly/ Itk + R3MS
• Remove unused python scripts
• Use central file definition in python defaults
