Menu update for 2025 Pb+Pb run

This MR is an update to heavy-ion menu in preparation for the 2025 Pb+Pb data taking.

• Replaced all jTE items used in UCC chains with jTEFWD equivalents
• Redefined ZDC_HELT L1 items
• Increased eEM2 threshold from 2 to 2.7 GeV
• Renamed *_ion_L1jJ60 and *_ion_L1jJ90 chains to *_ion_L1jJ55 and *_ion_L1jJ80
• Added bunch of sptrk chains seeded from L1TRT + ZDC
• Added new INVM+DPHI eTAU items for UPC + LbyL and electron chains using them + lower eTAU1 threshold from 0.8 to 0.5
• Added eTAU2 items as an alternatives to eEM2 + some HLT chains using them
• Removed jTAU1 and gTE{3,5}-based items and chains from the menu + commented out light ion ZDC items
• Added TeATIME-guarded L1 items to HI menu
• Added gESPRESSO-guarded L1 items to HI menu
• Various UPC menu changes
• Added jJ5/jJ10/eTAU2-based idcalib/beamspot/LAr chains
