adding MAXMULT filter to fix HLT timeout in DIPZ chains

This MR updates the 3 chains in the Physics menu using DIPZ to include a MAXMULT filter that limits the numbers of jets (ordered in pt) that are considered by the DIPZ algo to 25 (central) jets. It should fix HLT timeout issues reported in ATR-31591 and ATR-31898.
