Fix diode type assignment in PRM for FEI3 and FEI4 dual chip modules.

  • The FEI4 column index starts at 1. Thus, has long diodes in columns 1 and 80, not 0 and 79
  • FEI3 has long pixels in columns 0 and 17, and ganged pixels in rows 160-163, and the odd rows in 153-159. Before this patch the ganged pixels at 160-163 had not been labelled accordingly, and the pixels between the ganged pixels had been labelled long instead of normal in columns 1-16, and ganged instead of long in columns 0 and 17.
