Fixing crash in ZdcAnalysis (FADC histograms) and warnings from RPD Closed

Two fixes for HI reco:

  1. We were seeing crashes from the FADC corrections, due to the calibration file being closed before use. Fixed by SetDirectory(0)
  2. RPD warnings fixed by changing ReadDecorHandle's to const Accessors.
