Draft: Add more flavor labels for large-R jets

In AFT-805 (the jira ticket tracking ANA-HIGP-2024-57) we learned that the analysis is using VR track jets to label large-R jets by their b-hadron content. This seemed like an expensive solution to a labeling problem, but since we're not storing the variables they should probably be using (the "extended" truth label and the pt of the labeling hadron) they don't have a good alternative.
