Added jet substructure modifiers for standard small R jets

This patch adds the capability to add jet substructure modifiers, namely nsubjettiness and ecorr (energy correlation functions), to standard small R jet definitions in the exact same fashion as large R jets. Explicitly, this is executed for the AntiKt4EMPFlowByVertex jet definition.
