Fix legacy TriggerTower decorator write key issues

The standalone calibration script L1CaloRampMaker.py had to be updated for a recent change in the property names of the legacy TriggerTower decorator. This revealed a mistake in the declaration of the WriteDecorHandleKeys in the decorator for the properties that had not been tested until now. The declaration of all the WriteDecorHandleKeys has been updated (including the ones that were technically working but using a different construction)
