moving bbyy L1Topo trigger from MC to physics menu (ATR-31830), adding another J/Psi item for e/gamma (ATR-32259)

This MR moves the a new L1Topo algorithm for 2026 from the MC to the physics menu such that the algorithm can be included in next year's L1Topo FW. It was previously only included in the MC menu to avoid breaking compatibility with the FW still used in active 2025 operations. The input width configuration of the algorithm instance was also adjusted as it was invalid with respect to the kind of input lists that were mapped to the algo ("outputwidthSelect" -> "outputwidthSort").

Due to some urgency in completing the menu in regards to L1Topo requirements for 2026 this MR also adds a J/Psi->ee targeting selection requested in ATR-32259
