Geant4: Fix C++20 compilation

Johannes Elmsheuser requested to merge elmsheus/atlasexternals:geant4_20230623 into master

This is a stop-gap patch of Geant4 to compile with C++20 related to the discussion in ATLINFR-4959.

The actual fix should most probably done directly in the ATLAS fork at Geant4 v10.6.3.7 in https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas-simulation-team/geant4.
